THE LAKES
The Lakes is a premier development on the outskirts of Tauranga City.
Grasshopper Developments is creating a community that will eventually house in excess of 9,000 people, provide Aged Care facilities, schools and retail precincts. This development has had a very clear objective, to involve as much of the surrounding rural landscape and natural features into the development as possible.
The approach that Streetscape took was also organic, over a staged process of interpretation, presentation to council, adjustment based on feedback, adherence to standards, prototyping acceptance and final production.
